Policy – CHA


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your
purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
Some types of products are exempt from being returned. Products
such as hearing aid batteries, ear moulds cannot be returned.
Consultation fees, fitting charges, shell making charges and
conveyance fees will not be refunded.
For customised products, shell making charges of 5000 rupees will
be deducted from the refund.
Any item not in its original condition, if damaged or if there are any
missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be applicable
for a return/refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a
credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original
method of payment, within 10 working days.
Refund will only be processed via account transfer even if the
original payment was cash.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account

Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you
need to exchange it for the same item please contact us.
Procurement of replacements from the manufacturer will take up to
7 working days.
You are eligible to make a replacement of your hearing aids with an
upgraded version within 15 days of purchase. An upgrade of a
hearing aid is only considered if you are moving from your current
technology level to a higher technology level.
For replacements, if the product has been phased out by the
manufacturer during the 15 days then an upgraded version (next
immediate model) will be given by our choice which we deem as
